As an integral part of an established team, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to generate leads, manage client outreach, and execute marketing strategies that align with our company's growth goals.

What we need from you as a Marketing/Business Development Executive: A minimum of 12 months of experience in marketing and B2B lead generation or sales Confident telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite Have familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp) Creative thinker with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail Can work on your own initiative Bubbly personality, outgoing, friendly What the role involves: You will be involved in a variety of duties incorporating both marketing and business development.
Duties to include but are not limited to: Marketing and Content Creation: Develop and execute monthly email campaigns using Mailchimp or a similar platform You will create engaging content for news articles, case studies, and the company's LinkedIn page Optimise written content for SEO and align it with digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation Monitor and analyse marketing campaign results and compile reports on their effectiveness Work with the sales team on lead-generation initiatives as required Lead Generation and Business Development: Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, preparing for outreach calls Enter, update, and maintain CRM records on leads and client interactions Engage decision-makers through various channels, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn Generate sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and monitoring traffic from our website Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify new business leads and contribute to the sales pipeline Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per year, depending on experience.
Hours: Working Monday Friday 8.30am 5pm, with one hour for lunch each day.
