Job Description Role: Marketing and Account Executive – PCMA EMEA Location: Home based Europe or UK Term: Full-time position (subject to successful probation) Desired Start: January 2025 Onwards Salary: Up to GBP35,000 or EUR40,000 dependent on experience + Benefits            Application Deadline: Friday 22 nd November    The role may include regular European and some International travel.
Reporting Structure: The role will report directly to Head of Business Development & Growth, EMEA and work as part of the PCMA EMEA team, they will also work closely with the following teams in North America: Marketing, Community and Business Development.

Position Overview The Marketing and Account executive is required to support the Head of Business Development & Growth in the market developments within the EMEA region.
They will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing plans in line with the overall marketing strategy and will play a key role in building awareness, growing audiences, and managing sales administration and fulfilment of partners who have engaged in PCMA products, services, and events throughout the EMEA region.
They will have a clear understanding of the digital landscape and will be required to identify opportunities and develop plans using various mediums including digital and social platforms, print solutions, experiential marketing, event marketing, targeted campaigns, and custom offerings to meet audience needs.
This passionate, relationship oriented and outcome-focused individual will work with new and existing audiences to ensure growth and increased engagement, while assisting on prospecting, pipeline development and strategic partnership opportunities to grow the market via PCMA membership, products, and service offerings.
They will assist in the management of key stakeholders through exceptional account management and fulfillment of partnership agreements, meeting partnership requirements to a standard that exceeds satisfactory.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns & Strategy Support omni-channel marketing campaigns targeted at event planners and suppliers.
Develop and execute digital marketing plans to align with overall strategy.
Manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms to maximize engagement.
Ensure adherence to PCMA & EMEA brand guidelines.
Use data to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
Manage email marketing using Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Create and schedule content on social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
Partnership & Account Management Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Support partnership growth through strategic marketing opportunities (advertising, sponsorship, research).
Manage partnership agreements and ensure fulfillment.
Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress via Salesforce.
Collaborate with finance to ensure proper invoicing and payment processing.
Project Management & Reporting Create design briefs and manage creative projects to meet campaign goals.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, adjusting strategies as needed.

Essential Criteria ·      Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
·      Experience: 3+ years in marketing, account management, or a related role.
·      Strong experience with digital marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.
·      Proven ability to manage budgets, multiple projects, and cross-functional teams.
·      Skilled in Salesforce, Pardot, and content management systems.
·      Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
·      Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Desirable Criteria ·      Knowledge and experience in using Salesforce, Pardot and project management tools.
·      Previous marketing agency experience.
·      Experience of executing and delivering multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
·      HTML experience for web copy and email creation.
·      Experience of preparing creative design briefs.
·      Experience of using image & video editing software.
