The Marketing and Administration assistant is a key central role, supporting Designate with the promotion and marketing of the agency and their clients through the work they deliver for them and the administration of core aspects of the business in support of the wider team.

As required by Designate, this may involve the creation of all sales material and marketing collateral along with creating digital content when required.

Writing content for internal agency communications, which may include producing materials for the company intranet.
Writing press releases for new hires, new business wins and contributing to the drafting of thought leadership pieces.
Assisting with any Designate branding initiatives and being the brand guardian generally as to how the company is represented and the assets used
Attending and helping organise any key industry events
Identifying possible current trends and thought leadership opportunities for the agency talent.
Understand the agency brand and proposition and able to write in correct tone of voice.
Adept at picking up new concepts and skills rapidly as well as the ability to proactively research and find out information.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Manage and coordinate marketing activities
Develop and maintain marketing strategies
Create and manage content for social channels and ECRM
Analyse marketing performance and suggest improvements
Monitor all marketing efforts to ensure they are in line with Designate's agency strategy and goals.
Agency administration - HR files, appraisal setting, CPD and any other requirement
Presentation of the agency – setting up meeting rooms and greeting clients and visitors
