MISSION Reporting to Teldar's Chief Commercial Officer, and working with the Market Leaders in the other regions, your key responsibilities are as follows: Develop Teldar's sales offering in Northern Europe and play an active role in implementing the sales strategy to consolidate our presence in the region and achieve growth ; Approach a clientele of leisure and corporate travel agencies ; Coordinate and supervise the sales team of 4 peoples located in the UK and the Netherlands Monitor and analyze the team's KPI results ; Provide comprehensive reporting and statistical information on activity throughout the territory supervised ; Implementing sales action plans and promoting the brand, products and services marketed by the Company ; Provide market & competitive environment analysis ; Attending relevant sales events.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Candidates should ideally have a minimum 7 years' sales experience in the travel industry and management experience.
Fluent in English.
Basic understanding of the travel industry.
Target driven and results orientated.
Understanding of technology and online distribution.
Excellent communication with the ability to interact at all levels.
Resourceful with good organisational skills and ability to work alone.
Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated.
Flexibility to travel nationally and abroad.
PC proficiency, Microsoft skills and ability to understand some technical tools.
