We conduct a huge range of activities, from large market research studies to support new courses and provisions, to analysing web and advertising activity to ensure we're really connecting with our audiences.
We pride ourselves on providing integrated insight, synthesising qualitative and quantitative information from various sources (government data sets, Google Analytics, or focus groups) that gets to the core of a problem and reveals opportunities that otherwise would have been missed.
We use a range of technology from Google Analytics and Business Intelligence software (such as Power BI) to more traditional market research techniques such as surveys and focus groups.
The ethos behind the team is driving improvement by ensuring decisions are insight-led and opportunities are seized in the most effective way possible.
What You Will Do You will conduct research to extract insights.
This may include analysing split tests on Meta Ads to explore effective advertising strategies or examining admissions data to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journey.
You will receive regular training and support on digital and data analytics software, as well as market research techniques.
You will collaborate with stakeholders from across Luminate Education Group, including college principals and heads of departments, as well as internal teams such as the digital marketing team or our creative team.
Analysing digital marketing and web data to understand the success of campaigns and derive learnings for future campaigns, using tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Google Big Query, etc.
Conducting focus groups and designing surveys to understand audience perspectives and align with their needs.
Analysing the admissions journey to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and enhancing the customer experience, often using Tableau for analysis.
