At Informed Genomics Ltd (IGL), we're a trailblasing genomics services company on a mission to make early cancer detection, diagnosis, and management simple, accessible, and universal.
With our flagship brand, Galeas Bladder, we aim to test 1 million patients by 2035 and redefine what's possible in clinical genomics.
We offer accredited clinical services to the NHS and private sector, as well as academics investigating similar areas of interest.
The Role: As our Market Access and Reimbursement Manager , you'll be at the forefront of expanding access to our cutting-edge clinical services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you'll lead strategies that pave the way for adoption, reimbursement, and guideline inclusion of our innovative solutions in both public and private healthcare settings.
Working closely with the sales team to develop appropriate strategies for adoption, review current opportunities for our clinical services and support the adoption of these through the creation of clinical pathways, guidelines and importantly secure reimbursement.
Key stakeholders will include (but not exclusively) NHS Trust Service Managers, ICB's, Cancer Alliances, Innovation Networks, NHSE, Scotland, Wales, NI, GLH's, Private Medical Insurers (PMI).
What You'll Do: Develop and execute market access strategies to ensure service adoption and reimbursement.
Build partnerships with NHS bodies, Private Medical Insurers, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Advocate for clinical guideline inclusion and create adoption pathways.
Drive patient advocacy initiatives and secure grant funding for service development.
Champion private sector adoption of our services across the UK, with an eye on global expansion.
Facilitate grant funding to support adoption and service development Open up PMI reimbursement for clinical services and support private adoption What We're Looking For: Deep understanding of the NHS structure and commissioning processes.
Proven experience in clinical healthcare (preferably NHS).
Exceptional communication and networking skills.
A science-related degree or equivalent industry knowledge.
