Thales UK is looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our cutting-edge team!

Collaborating closely with Work Cell Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and technicians, you will help deliver exceptional manufacturing outputs, contributing to both daily operations and long-term improvements.
What You'll Do: Perform complex manufacturing tasks adhering to quality standards, following all documentation and company processes.
Conduct product assessments, identify faults or non-compliances, and take part in root cause analysis.
Manage and record build configurations using cutting-edge tools like IBS/Oracle and Palma.
Support continuous improvement projects that keep Thales at the forefront of technology.
Work with electrical, mechanical, and optical components, testing and aligning opto-mechanical systems and diagnosing electronic systems to component level.
What You Bring: Experience in an industrial or engineering environment is essential.
Ability to assemble, align, and test complex systems to the highest standards.
Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A desire to innovate and continuously improve processes.
Basic PC skills and the ability to manage technical systems.
