Role: Manufacturing SpecialistSite Location: Chandlers Ford - EastleighRate: Up to £20 per hour via PAYE (Inside IR35)Duration: 12-month contractPerform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
Includes Service Shops.
Accountable for the quality of own work.
Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking.
Executes within a well-defined operations framework.There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesExecutes production according to the appropriate instructions.Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline.
May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.Resolves issues using established procedures.
Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Required QualificationsStrong Wiring/Soldering skillsStrong working knowledge of IPC-A-610 regulationsExperience in a production/repairs background Job Tenure: Contract and Full-Time Salary: £17.50 - £20 per hour Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
