Manufacturing Operative £23,000 - £25,000 Coalville Permanent Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well established manufacturing business based in Coalville.
As a Manufacturing Operative you will have strong level of practical ability & excellent communication skills.
Duties & responsibilities: Set up, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot the corrugating machine.
Work well with others and be willing to participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
Ensure all work is carried out safely, and report any safety or hazard faults.
Maintain customer quality standards, such as print coverage, color matching, and case size.
Respond quickly to machine failures and breakdowns, and inform relevant departments.
Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to.
Essential skills: Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment Excellent communication and willing to take part in problem solving and continuous improvement exercises.
Flexibility with a willingness to learn and embrace new skills.
