Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing engineering teams, with a strong focus on the full product lifecycle.
Background in the design or manufacture of electronic products.
Knowledge of working in Software, Electronics or Mechanical Demonstrated leadership abilities and success in team development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively.
