Continuously evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify and implement more efficient and cost-effective processes.Accomplish improved overall efficiencies and outcomes while maintaining employee safety and upholding product quality standards.Keep abreast of current industry practice, new equipment etc.Work effectively with the wider Vistry Works teams and personnel to enable optimum and most cost effective production solutions.
