Following an increase in customer demand and Site Investment we have opportunities for individuals to join our dedicated Manufacturing Area as a Team Leader.
This is a new and exciting opportunity assisting the Shift Manager in coordinating and leading the Manufacturing Area and team.
Job Title: Team Leader Working Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm – 4 on 4 off Pay Rate: Competitive Key Responsibilities: ensuring the line is operating correctly and efficiently, ensuring that GMP standards are met and that all products are produced and packed to the correct quality and food safety standard.

to maintain an area of continuous improvement.
As a team Leader you will need a good understanding of product, quality, and safety requirements as well as leading and supporting your team in line with the Pilgrims Values.
