Managing Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities :Leading and managing tenders during the pre-construction phase.
Confidently handling projects valued at £50+ million.
Supporting and developing Trainee and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
Managing financial and contractual aspects to ensure seamless project delivery.
Essential Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, with proven experience administering them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Familiarity with DEF language.
