Managing Director UK & Ireland We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Care Delivery Managing Director to oversee and lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of our Care Delivery services across the UK & Ireland.
In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, drive operational efficiency, and align services with the company's global standards and local regulatory requirements.
This is a critical leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence in Care Delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with corporate objectives and the local healthcare landscape. Identify growth opportunities, foster partnerships, and drive innovation to expand the company's footprint in UK & Ireland. Monitor healthcare trends and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge. Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of Care Delivery facilities and services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Drive process improvements to enhance patient outcomes, reduce costs, and improve operational workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in clinical and non-clinical operations. Financial Oversight: Manage the budget for care delivery operations, ensuring cost control while achieving financial targets. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to drive profitability and sustainability. Prepare and present reports on financial and operational performance to regional leadership. Team Development: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure high standards of care. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and workplace. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, and corporate partners. Represent the organization in professional forums, conferences, and industry events. Serve as the primary point of contact for care delivery matters in UK & Ireland. Qualifications: Master's Degree or Equivalent Level in General Management, Finance, Clinic Management or similar area. Extensive experience of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site healthcare operations and delivering on strategic objectives. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards in the UK. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
