To ensure the execution and development of this strategy we are seeking an experienced, hands-on, Managing Director who will build and develop the team whilst driving increased sales and operational performance.

Key Requirements A successful track record as a Managing Director/CEO within an SME engineering/manufacturing business or Divisional Managing Director of an autonomous manufacturing/engineering business unit within a larger group Proven experience of leading businesses through a significant growth journey whilst enhancing revenue and profitability Demonstrable experience of creating process structure through the evolution and development of a strong management team A background of hands-on engineering/manufacturing leadership roles with extensive experience of evolving operational performance A track record of taking product concepts to successful commercial outcomes What is on offer: A competitive salary, bonus and executive benefits package.
