Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operational aspects of Ovation Systems Ltd. Oversee the development, innovation and delivery of high-quality video surveillance equipment, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to define and execute the company's vision, strategic goals, and objectives.
Manage the financial health of the company, including overseeing budgets, forecasting and ensuring profitability across all product lines.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards for security technology and product delivery.
Foster a positive, innovative and collaborative work culture while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Requirements: Experience in a senior leadership role, such as Managing Director, CEO or similar.
Background in managing the development, marketing and distribution of high technology equipment.
Demonstrated ability to drive business expansion, enhance profitability and lead teams to success.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing financials, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
