In the short term you will spend time understanding our business model, Colleagues and Customers, before applying your experience and expertise to take CEM forward to achieve its strategic goals.?Reporting into our Executive Board your key responsibilities include:Set and implement the strategy to grow both turnover and, more importantly, profit;Full P & L management for the business including budget setting and monitoring performance;Management of business operations and annualised commercial performance; Inspire, lead and manage a dispersed workforce including both your direct line reports and those you lead through the senior management team;Drive innovation across the business looking for new avenues to generate and diversify income streams, whilst enhancing our service offering; andBe a visible leader to all aspects of the Company?This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a high-performing national business as Managing Director based at our offices in Ringwood, Hampshire.?About youYou will be a Senior Professional from a Property Management, Building Surveying, Facilities or Housing Management background.
You will have a good understanding of how to run and manage P & L and the proven ability to develop strategies and translate these into initiatives and track the successful delivery.In addition, you must be able to demonstrate commercial success and decision making and show experience of delivering operational excellence, analytical thinking, process improvement, problem-solving, delegation, and planning.
