Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, quality, engineering, and logistics.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of managers to achieve business objectives.
Financial Performance: Assume full P&L responsibility and drive financial performance.
Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
People Development: Foster a positive and engaged work environment, develop talent, and ensure employee satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in complex component manufacturing.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Proven track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence.
Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
