Manage relationships with subcontractor installation suppliers, ensuring smooth and high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, fabrication, or a related industry.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of achieving net profit growth.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on team development and fostering a positive culture.
A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, and design processes is highly desirable.
Technical competency in engineering solutions and the ability to provide support for customer site challenges is highly desirable.
