In our Transformation Services Practice, we work collaboratively across business and technical disciplines to help clients shape and deliver complex technology transformations.

We help clients to design Operating Models, across all process and organisational elements, that maximise technology investment and capability in line with their strategic ambition.

Our Transformation consultants support clients with broad capabilities across operating model assessment and design, change management, deployment, culture development and leadership.
You will have the opportunity to work across a range of projects and sectors, build your skills and experience and help us grow our practice.
You will help expand our current capabilities and offerings, driving growth of the team at a critical time for BJSS.
About YouYou'll bring extensive experience in leading operating model assessment and design, change management and transformation programmes through industry or consulting roles.
You're passionate about delivering meaningful, sustainable transformation to a diverse stakeholder landscape, and strengthening our core capabilities and offerings.
In addition, you'll have the following experience and personal attributes:
Current or previous experience of working within a consultancyExtensive knowledge operating model assessment and design, business change and transformation with a passion for delivering lasting, impactful valueExperience working on large scale, complex transformation programmesKnowledge of operating model and organisational trends and types particularly in the technology spaceAn awareness of domain specific operating models an advantage (e.g.
Product, Data, Cloud, AI, etc.
