Role Summary The Manager/Director will contribute to the firm's Life Sciences practice by driving high-impact projects and advising clients on commercial strategy, pricing, and market access.
This role is designed for an experienced consultant with sector expertise, capable of delivering data-driven insights and innovative approaches that help clients achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Pricing Develop and implement strategic frameworks that drive revenue growth, focusing on product, market, and customer strategy for life sciences clients.
Provide insights into pricing and revenue management to help clients achieve their financial and strategic goals.
Client Engagement & Project Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing projects, reinforcing the firm's reputation for high-quality, impactful solutions.
Market Access & Innovation Conduct comprehensive market analysis, focusing on emerging trends and challenges, such as digital health innovations, regulatory shifts, and new business models.
Guide clients in exploring new revenue models and business transitions, such as "product to solution" strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
Sales Optimization Provide clients with strategic tools and best practices to enhance their sales processes, improving focus, KPIs, and value-based engagement.
Sustainability & ESG Integration Support clients in embedding sustainability practices into their strategies, aligning growth with environmental and social governance priorities.
Education & Experience Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in the life sciences sector, with expertise in commercial strategy, pricing, or market access.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and providing data-backed, strategic recommendations to clients.
Analytical & Technical Skills Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and digital tools for pricing and strategy.
Strong understanding of market access and regulatory challenges specific to the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Leadership & Communication Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client executives.
Proven ability to lead project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent project excellence.
