What You Can Expect: You will specialise in delivering quality audits to multinational companies. This role is diverse, dynamic, and global – with travel to international audit locations, providing a broad experience across different sectors and geographies.
In this role, successful candidates will manage and coordinate complex, cross-border audit projects and help develop tailored efficient global audit strategies. As part of the team, they will be at the forefront of delivering audits that matter, providing accurate, transparent reporting that adds value to both companies and their stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Overseeing and leading large, complex audit engagements or a portfolio of smaller engagements with international elements. Managing conflicting deadlines and milestones with a proactive approach.Quality Assurance: Delivering high-quality, trusted audits in line with ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and other key regulatory frameworks.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating and communicating confidently with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, delivering timely and transparent reports.Staff Development: Managing and mentoring teams, ensuring continued professional development while fostering a collaborative working environment.Commercial Acumen: Utilizing strong commercial and financial management skills to oversee audit portfolios and identify growth opportunities for the business.What the Firm is Looking For: Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalentExtensive Experience: Proven experience in delivering audits and assurance services to major multinational entities, including audit management experience, with at least 12 months UK experience.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting Standards, with experience conducting Group AuditsLeadership Skills: Experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to handle challenging conversations and guide management.Global Outlook: Experience working with internationally focused clients, ideally including travel and cross-border projects.Why Join This Firm?
