Production Manager | Northamptonshire | £50,000 - £55,000 This food production enterprise has been successfully running for a long time however recent changes have seen lots of success and now they are flying.
In this production management position, you will be responsible for a team of between 60-100 staff, dependent on season, and ensuring the factory operates at the highest levels.
Your role will be working 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, whilst leading a team of shift managers who are covering a 24/5 schedule.
