Hybrid Working - c2 days in office ~Private Healthcare ~ Generous pension ~ Free Onsite Parking Significant experience within financial services (critical) Understanding of mortgage products and their features gained through working for a lender Proven experience growing a specialist mortgage book for a lender (desirable) Great understanding of the specialist mortgage market and experience in the development of new products and bringing these to market Commercial outlook, with a passion for delivering positive customer outcomes.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong numerical skillset: ability to understand the commercial impact of repricing our mortgage products and to track and analyse their performance in the market.
Support the development an effective product strategy through understanding trends of the marketplace Support the development of market share through the design and launch of newproducts To take responsibility for the development and communication of the lenders product range to ensure that the lender achieves its share of the market and the desired profitability levels of the lender's products and/or services, benchmarking these against ourcompetitors.
