This is a temporary role that will be filled from Jan 2025 until August 30, 2025 Location United Kingdom, EMEA Main responsibilities Projects & Operations As a flexible Marketing & Brand Operations Manager, you will undertake and lead special ad hoc projects as required – these will be a mix of internal and external International Marketing and Brand activations across Brand, Content, Digital, Research & Insights, and Operations.
You will be the person to maintain and interpret regular ad hoc reports, as well as supporting executional teams with day-to-day operations and processes to deliver insights and recommendations to the wider GTIL organization, and to the network.
Support the AD in updating a comprehensive tracker of key priorities and projects across the team and be a catalyst to keep each part of the team on track, and on budget, and with oversight of what is happening across the function and whether we are allocating resource effectively.
As the gatekeeper for new briefs to the team, your team will ensure efficient, timely, and quality project delivery from strategic, complex projects to ad hoc requests, troubleshooting inquiries, and new implementations, all to allow the wider team to scale and do their best work.
You will have the holistic overview of all activity and output coming from the team at any given time.
Building the marketing operations playbook and optimizing clear team processes to ensure alignment, consistency and operational excellence.
Be an advocate of all the frameworks, processes and governance that we need to uphold as a team.
Support the AD in formulating, organising and monitoring inter-connected projects and coordinate cross-project activities, synergies and dependencies, both across the team and wider GTIL Work across the team to manage the administration of the MCBD community in the network Liaise with our Communications team and help drive collaboration Ensure all our communications are relevant, help drive our strategic priorities and will build a broad and deep relationship with our international clients and employees.
Support the Research Manager with administrative tasks relating to the IBR, Annual Brand Survey, and SGM Brand Research Programme.
Managing budgets, holiday requests and activity calendars across the team Play a coordination role in setting the agenda for team meetings Person specification We are looking for someone who will add rigour and structure to our ways of working, working to protect the quality of our output and ensure all our work complements our 2025 strategy.
You need to be comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders and adept at project management.
