We've proudly stood beside the institutions and businesses which make the UK what it is.What will you be doing?Manage the day to day UK compliance engagements for various clients and interact with the Preparation teams to deliver UK Tax Returns for these clientsBuild, maintain and lead strong relationships with the clientsTake ownership for reviewing and managing UK tax returns and work to SLA timeframesWorking closely with the Central Co-ordination and Client Service teams to ensure a proactive service deliveryDay to day contact for allocated VIPs and working closely with the Engagement Leaders and Client Service teams to deliver an enhanced service to the VIPsEnsuring clients are provided with up to date information on UK tax compliance obligationsCarry out arrival/departure briefings for senior assigneesManaging and coaching of staffWhat will you need to do it?Previous experience working in expatriate tax servicesEnergetic, committed, and ambitiousHigh level personal responsibility and accountability for team work Ability to identify core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates informationCommunicates with impact, both in speech and writing, and in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clearSafeguards and enhances the reputation of KPMG through the quality of work, knowledge and experienceMotivated by a passion for the international aspects of our work, professional proficiency, and a desire to serve and lead excellent UK teamExcellent organisational skills and ability to work under own initiativeCapable of working to deadlines, showing resilience under pressure and an ability to apply knowledge to non-routine situationsDemonstrates sound professional judgement including the ability to identify issues/concerns and consult where appropriate with more senior staffACA/ATT/CTA Qualified or equivalent preferredTo discuss this or wider Tax roles with our recruitment team, all you need to do is apply, create a profile, upload your CV and begin to make your mark with KPMG.Our Locations:We are open to talk to talent across the country.With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
