What will you be doing?
In this pivotal role, you will guide our demand generation strategy for accountancy offerings and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels.
Your leadership will be crucial in exceeding ambitious targets, enhancing our market position, and driving lead conversion.
Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to our accountancy products, aligned with our business goals.
Oversee complex, cross-functional demand generation programmes and integrated global campaigns, managing risks while seizing new opportunities.
Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted campaigns specifically for our accountancy customers in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance to continually improve results and maximise impact.
Team Leadership: Align team goals with IRIS' mission, providing coaching and supporting career development.
Foster a culture of high performance and collaboration, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across the company, ensuring alignment on accountancy-focused initiatives and driving a unified vision of success.

What are we looking for?
Experience: Extensive background in marketing with a proven track record in demand generation and senior leadership roles, demonstrating success in impactful marketing strategies within the accountancy sector.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Campaign Expertise: Significant experience in creating and optimising demand generation programmes specifically for accountancy products, including webinars and multi-channel campaigns.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience in accountancy, payroll, or HR software/services is highly desirable.
