Manager, Chief Commercial Officer

We're excited to have won a new contract with Norfolk County Council to operate part of the Norwich Park & Ride network.
We're seeking an experienced bus industry professional to oversee this contract and provide commercial planning oversight for our Simonds and Flagfinders operations, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, and north Essex.
This role is based at our modern Diss depot, with local travel throughout East Anglia and occasional visits to our Loughborough HQ.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned commercial officer looking to grow or for a commercial manager ready to demonstrate their skills in planning, mobilising, and managing high-frequency urban transport services, as well as essential rural and contract services that connect isolated communities to vital resources like education, employment, and healthcare.

Wide ranging experience in scheduling and network management
