Manager, Chief Commercial Officer

Senior Commercial Manager Location : Bristol (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
Salary : Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Additional Benefits
We are partnering with a leading global defence organisation to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager for an exciting and high-profile role.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a brand-new contract with a prestigious Middle Eastern customer.
You will take the lead in commercial activities, supporting the delivery of cutting-edge defence solutions while ensuring compliance with export regulations and contractual excellence.

Contract Management : Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of complex defence contracts.
Ensure adherence to export control regulations and policies for international defence transactions.
Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, acting as a trusted advisor for commercial matters.
Customer Focus : Provide strategic commercial leadership in managing relationships with the Middle Eastern customer.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to deliver successful outcomes.

We are seeking a driven and experienced commercial professional with:
A proven track record in commercial management within the defence or aerospace sectors.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
You will need to showcase strong customer facing commercial contracts experience throughout the process, this is not a sales or procurement role.
