Salary: £35-45K Basic | £80K OTE (Uncapped)

We're looking for an Account Manager who's ready to take ownership, drive results, and progress swiftly to a leadership role in our fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Building Relationships: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing UC accounts.
New Business Sales: Identify and close opportunities in IT & Mobile MSP solutions.
Lead Generation: Network, cold-call, attend events, and leverage referrals to drive growth.
Client Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries, meet clients face-to-face, and develop tailored account plans.
Cross-Selling: Maximise opportunities across our extensive product portfolio.
CRM Excellence: Keep customer data accurate and up to date.
Personal Growth: Attend training and proactively develop your knowledge and skills.

About You
We're seeking someone who's:

What You'll Need
A full UK driving licence.
Further education qualifications (preferred, not essential).
Strong IT skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Professionalism, discretion, and a passion for learning.
