Account Manager – Exeter (Hybrid)£45-50k + Bonus
Are you a driven, consultative professional with a passion for account growth and working in partnership?
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of account plans and be responsible for key commercial activities, including retention and renewals.
You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client success.

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive retention and growth.
Take ownership of commercial discussions, including contract renewals.
Meet clients face-to-face, or vitually, and as required, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Leverage data to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.

A proactive, process-driven individual with a track record of managing and growing accounts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both in-person and virtually.
Data-driven mindset, able to analyse trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client interaction as needed.
