As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, generating and qualifying warm leads for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert into successful deals.
Your role will be pivotal in connecting businesses with tailored financial solutions, setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
Outbound sales: Make high-volume, high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing financial solutions and generating warm leads.
Assess leads for suitability, ensuring they meet criteria for financial products and have a high potential for conversion.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with BDMs to hand off qualified leads, ensuring a seamless client experience.
CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Experience: At least 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities, with the confidence to handle objections and build trust.
Sales Focus: A results-driven mindset with a clear focus on driving business growth through high-quality leads.
Organisational Skills: Strong time management and prioritisation abilities in a fast-moving environment.
