Administer and maintain the company's document management system to ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Oversee and support the creation, revision, and approval processes for documents, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Manage the archival and retention of documents in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Update and maintain the Learning & Development document library, ensuring accurate and up-to-date training and development records.
Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint functionalities and best practices.
Monitor the document management process to identify weaknesses and propose effective solutions.
Assist and facilitate root cause analysis administrative activities when necessary.
Work closely with other departments to ensure documents reflect accurate, up-to-date information relevant to business processes.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to enhance document control processes.
What do you bring?
SharePoint Expertise: Proficiency in site and library management, and providing user support.
Microsoft 365 Skills: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, and other Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and consistency in all documents and processes.
Inquisitive Nature: A proactive, curious approach to understanding and improving processes.
Problem-Solving Ability: Experience with root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly at all levels of the organisation.
