With your expertise in energy efficiency and knack for building trust, you'll identify opportunities, enable partner success, and drive joint growth.

Business Growth: Collaborate to uncover new opportunities, support Partners to generate leads, and boost sales.
Strategic Planning: Develop tailored account plans and track partner performance to deliver results.
Training & Support: Empower partners with product training, insights, and resources to succeed.
Experience: 3+ years in partner/ account management, business development, onboarding or sales, ideally in energy efficiency, clean energy, or sustainability.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
Preferred: Familiarity with industry standards, incentive programmes, and project management experience.
