MI Systems Developer - West Midlands - £35k - Hybrid My client, a successful Managing General Agent based in the West Midlands, are currently looking for an experienced MI Systems Developer to join their thriving MGA Business.
The role: The MI Systems Developer will be instrumental in promoting data-driven decision-making within the organization by utilizing advanced data visualization and analysis methods.
With expertise in Power BI, SQL, and a forward-thinking mindset, this role emphasizes developing scalable MI solutions that enhance business operations, boost efficiency, and extract valuable insights from extensive datasets.
The developer will work closely with multiple departments to strategically identify innovative approaches for addressing complex business challenges through data.
Skills: • At least an A Level or HND in Computer Studies or equivalent technical qualification • At least 2 years experience of PowerBI and SQL • Good knowledge, experience and understanding of Power BI, SQL and Excel • Knowledge of insurance terminology and working practices • Knowledge of Power Automate (Flow) would be beneficial • Knowledge of Jira Service Desk would be beneficial • Knowledge of Zoho Creator would be beneficial • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 would be beneficial Benefits: • Workplace Pension Scheme offering you flexibility of up to 16%.
