Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations and providing essential support to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Transaction ProcessingControl Accounts updates on a daily basisSales Processing & Credit ControlCredit Card Coding and ProcessingIncome CalculationsDVSA Royalties SubmissionsPurchase Ledger Statement Reconciliations and Payment RunsPayroll processingBalance Sheet Reconciliations & Management AccountsQuarterly VAT ReturnsAssist and cover for the Senior Management AccountantProvide cover for other team members as requiredTechnical Skills Required:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelMinimum 2 years of experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Management AccountsSage 200 experience is preferableStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsCompetencies:Strong teamwork ethicAbility to build and maintain positive working relationshipsDiscretion when handling sensitive informationAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and proactively
