Job Title: Management Accountant Location: Chester Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on Experience) Are you an ambitious Accountant seeking an opportunity to elevate your career?
Our client, a flourishing independent accountancy firm based in the Chester area, is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team.
What We Offer: Basic Salary of £33,000 - £38,000 (Dependant on Experience) Company pension Biannual performance evaluations with annual salary reviews Flexible and hybrid working hours Regular team gatherings and social events Health Insurance Real Progression opportunities to grow within the firm About the Role: You'll be responsible for your own portfolio of clients Preparation of statutory accounts for small to medium sized Limited Companies including corporation tax computations Preparation of unaudited Accounts for sole traders and partnerships Preparation of self-assessment tax returns Managing a small team of accountants and reviewing work Liaising with HMRC on client queries The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum of 2 years UK practice experience essential Able to manage a portfolio of clients Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online computer software.
I.e.
