Our client, a Cambridge College has a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their Finance team.
Management Accountant Location: Cambridge, CB3 9AN Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in their career with the potential to grow within the role.
You will play a key part in the College's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will have responsibility for two direct reports and will work closely with senior staff to provide insight and recommendations that will shape the future of the College.
This exciting role would be an ideal first step into management, deputising for the Head of Finance and line managing two roles within the team.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or working towards full qualification with proven experience in management accounting, strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
You will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
