Make Ready Centre Manager

The successful candidate will be based at Paddock Wood Make Ready.
There may be a requirement for travel across other sites.
The post holder will be required to work some weekend duties which will attract unsocial hours payments.
There is also a requirement to be on call for approximately 1 week in 5 for which an on-call premia of 4.5% is provided.
Main duties of the jobThe Make Ready Centre Manager is responsible for all aspects of resource provision within the Operating Unit.
This includes:

Any unsocial hours payments will be paid under the Section 2 agreement of agenda for change.
Section 2 unsocial hours will need to be claimed via your monthly timesheet.
