We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician wanting to perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities,at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel.
Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

As the Maintenance Technician you will Respond to guests repair requests.
Undertake basic repairs and maintenance tasks; Plumbing (e.g.
fix/tighten loose taps or pipe); minimal joinery and carpentry (e.g.
tighten draws or cupboard doors);painting/decorating.
Be able to log and complete tasks as per our asset management system, Transcendent.
Managing suppliers and contractors carrying out minor duties on site.
PAT testing and inspections of emergency lighting, weekly fire alarm tests and fire evacuations.
Ensure the gardens and grounds of the property are well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
