Salary: £29,500 + holidays, pension, company vehicle, fuel card.

JOB DESCRIPTION: I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to cover planned and preventative maintenance on 16 buildings in Greater Manchester.
Our client is looking for an experienced supervisor with maintenance experience to join the team.
The Maintenance Supervisor role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday.
Overtime and On call available.
Please note, a high vetting check will be required for this role.
Daily responsibilities will include: Reporting to the Hard Services Manager To establish and maintain good working relationships To manage Maintenance Assistants on the contract To schedule and assign duties to employees, and ensure the quality of work is achieved To manage employee holidays to ensure effective coverage at all times Ensure SLA compliance with works raised and carried out Carry out regular health and safety checks across all sites within the contract To provide additional support and cover in work as and when required Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break plus participation in the on call rota Requirements for the role ?Experienced Maintenance Supervisor ?PPM experience ?Driving Licence On offer is a competitive salary of £29,500.
Overtime also available as well as opportunities to progress.
