The Role The Maintenance Team Leader will support managerial duties and ensure that Frasers provides a fully functional automation system.
This is a critical role, and the Team Leader will have experience in leading and coordinating a team of maintenance engineers and carry out hands on maintenance to ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently The Role will consist of Managing a large team of engineers- 1-2-1, Appraisals, support with hiring, Holiday management Working to KPI's on site – Site availability, Engineer utilisation, PPM completion Mentor, guiding and training the wider team Supporting shift hand overs – looking at previous issues CMMS - Analysis of Data – Recurring faults and problems Element of hands on (this will be down to the TL how much they get involved with) Processes are already in place but will have to keep to these and help continue driving it forward.
The Person To be successful in your application for a Maintenance Team Leader you will need: An electrical or mechanical qualification Experience managing teams.
Maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing or warehousing environment.
Alternatively, you could be from the Navy, Army or RAF with an electrical qualification.
