PerkBox Perks Private Healthcare options My client is looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to take the maintenance team leader position at a world-renowned heavy industry firm in Leeds.
Managing a smaller dedicated team, you will assume responsibility for all maintenance on-site reporting directly to the General Manager.
To be successful, you will have a wealth of experience in maintenance and be looking to either make the step up or have worked previously as a team leader.
The role will be a mixture of overseeing in a supervisory capacity and hands-on maintenance with generally 60% on the tools and 40% in the office.
You will focus specifically on improving PPMs and taking inventory of spare parts for sale.
Experience Required: Previous experience as a maintenance team leader/maintenance supervisor is not essential but would be beneficial.
Open to someone looking to take the step up.
Some formal qualifications in engineering maintenance would be beneficial but are not deal-breaking, experience is more of a priority.
Previous experience in heavy industry maintenance is desired.
