We have over 30 sites globally and turnover £500 million per year. We have achieved this in just over 50 years of being in business and have further plans to expand coming up over the next couple of years.

Role and Responsibilities Hands on maintenance team leader role, roughly 80% hands on, 20% hands off work on a day to day basisLeading a team of 3 shift engineers directly reporting into youDelegating work across the shift and ensuring organisational efficiencyEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesOrdering spares, filing shift reports, contractor managementThe Successful Engineer Minimum of 5 years experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineerIdeally prior experience within an FMCG environmentPrevious experience as a lead engineer/senior engineer, shift leader or supervisor/team leaderQualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not a dealbreakerGet in touch with Matt Morson at Stirling Warrington to discuss this vacancy or any other vacancy in the Warwickshire area.
