Maintenance Surveyor Are you an experienced and qualified surveyor looking for a role where you can make a real impact on the community?

We have the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as a Surveyor.
In this rewarding role you will carry out inspections of void and tenanted properties to agree work specifications.
You'll be responsible for the delivery of a customer focussed reactive maintenance service, proactively engaging with residents to provide support, advice and interventions to ensure that properties are effectively maintained.

Collaborating with the leadership team - Working alongside management and other stakeholders to produce reports from data held to assist with service improvement and project management to make informed and intelligent decisions on changes to the services.
Key Responsibilities: To undertake feasibility studies and stock condition surveys, and to prepare specifications and schedule of works for possible remedial works.
Carry out surveys of specialist projects/works and compile information to assist with the preparation of specifications and other contract documents, including measured surveys.
Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of work/contract What we're looking for: · At least 3 years proven post qualification experience working in a building / surveying environment.
· Well-developed knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance.
· A proactive mindset with the ability to actively seek and implement changes and improvements to current practices whilst coping with the pressure of conflicting deadlines.
Pay: £38,223 - £42,403 per year Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexibility with 2-3 days per week working in our Redditch offices.
