Our client seeks to recruit an Maintenance Supervisor for what is an outstanding opportunity, on a residential basis located near Grays, UK (location on request)!
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the maintenance functions critical to business operations.
You will take a key role in executing maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
Required experience: Take a lead role in maintenance management of plant assets including machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance function, improving productivity, and enhancing product quality.
Manage contractor relationships and ensure work is performed according to specifications and timelines.
