The role: The Project Manager is responsible for an efficient and effective project delivery throughout the charity.
This includes the control, planning, implementation and management of project work and the effective application of all management procedures.
Key responsibilities: To work closely with the Head of Estates Services & Project Delivery and all other managerial staff within the Estates department to ensure the achievement of the charities strategies, operational and financial objectives.
To be responsible for the delivery of capital and revenue construction related projects ensuring that all projects are programmed and planned to time, cost and quality and in accordance with current legislation.
To provide clear and concise monthly updates for the appropriate SLT Group/Board and all programmed project works.
