Kaplan Living Glasgow is looking for a self-motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team at our two student residences based in the west end of Glasgow.
The role will be hands-on and responsible for managing and delivering the reactive, statutory, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
The role will cover the day-to-day facilities management and maintenance within the residence and will work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure the safety and health of all staff, students, visitors, and contractors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
