Compliance & Repairs Manager Goodman Masson are working with a Housing Association in London to recruit for a Compliance & Repairs Manager.
Salary : ~£49,500 Duration : Temp-to-perm The successful candidate will be responsible for: Ensuring statutory, contractual and regulatory compliance including Health and Safety legislation and producing regular reports Ensuring the provision of a highly performing, housing repairs service to tenants, residents and customers Monitoring contractor performance to ensure the organisation is getting value for money and that work is carried out to a high standard Ensuring KPIs are met, maintaining records and providing performance information on all aspects of property compliance, repairs and maintenance and void performance Conducting compliance audits and reviews Ensuring the Health and Safety of residents through effective management of gas servicing, electric safety tests, housing fire risk assessments, lift servicing, legionella and other relevant repairs, maintenance and inspections The successful candidate will have: Strong experience managing compliance, repairs & maintenance through third-party contractors
