In this role you will manage a team of highly skilled maintenance engineers, develop and improve maintenance systems, implement effective maintenance strategies and help with the modernisation of all processes across the facility.
The company have recently invested heavily in their plant and have ambitious plans to grow and modernise further, making this an excellent time to get on board.
This role would suit a Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing background with great people management skills and a proven track record in improving maintenance functions.
The Role: Manage the full maintenance function across a state-of-the-art facility.
Work closely with other departments on a range of continuous improvement projects.
